DFL was awarded Construction Management Scope on the FH OPTA EAST‐ TFT Barges and Maintenance Dock Project for Suncor Energy Group.

DFL provided construction management and inspection services. DFL’s primary scope of work included support in development, review and monitoring of baseline schedules and progress, construction management, stewardship and improvement of project schedule and cost via project critical recommendations. DFL mobilized a multi-disciplinary and experienced construction management, turnover and project controls team (CMT) in an organized and expeditious manner, as required by the Suncor project team.

The CMT collaborated diligently with our Suncor team and contractors. CMT also completed its services in a timely and punctual manner.
