DFL was awarded the Project Controls and quality walkdown scope for the Sunshine West-Ells Project. DFL works under the umbrella of Radium (Mechanical Contractor) to perform the project controls duties, to assess and inspect the completed scope and to plan the completion of the construction of the plant.
